Who we are

This website is run by Roast and Toast Games OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us at hello@cosmodrome-games.com.

What we collect

When you send us a request: your name, company, work email, country, the details of your project and, if you give it, your website. We don’t ask for sensitive data. If you book a call, the booking service collects your name and email address.

If you ask us to deliver to individual recipients, we also receive the names and delivery addresses you send us. We use them only to deliver your order, share them only with our production and delivery partners, and delete them 6 months after delivery. We can sign a data processing agreement on request.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, prepare a mockup and a quote and, if you order, deliver it. We rely on our legitimate interest in replying to business requests and handling orders (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), our legal obligation to keep accounting records (Article 6(1)(c)) and, for analytics, your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).

Who sees it

Our team, our website host, our email provider (Google Workspace), our production and delivery partners and, if you book a call, Google Calendar. Where our team members or providers outside the European Economic Area ([countries]) process your data, we use the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Requests that don’t lead to an order are deleted after 24 months. If you order, we keep the records that Estonian accounting law requires for as long as it requires.

Cookies and analytics

The site works without tracking cookies. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use or ask us to restrict it. Write to hello@cosmodrome-games.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country, or to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).
