Ordering

What’s the minimum order?

Every edition starts at 100 units. Need fewer? Team kits can be ordered individually.

How long does it take?

About 3–4 weeks for a Logo Edition after you approve the proof, 6–8 weeks for a Brand Edition and 3–4 months for a bespoke game. Delivery within the EU adds a few days.

Can we see it before we order?

Yes. You get a free mockup within 48 hours, and once you order, you approve a digital proof before anything is printed. A printed sample is available on request.

What do you need from us to start?

A link to your website is enough to start. Your audience, quantity and deadline help us quote accurately.

Customisation

What can we change in a Logo Edition?

Your logo goes on the box lid and side, and we add a printed card or letter from your team. The game itself stays as it is.

How many custom cards can a Brand Edition include?

Usually 10–20 custom cards illustrated around your brand, plus box art in your colours.

Can you make a game from scratch?

Yes, as a bespoke game: concept, mechanics, art and production, from 100 units.

Can each box include a note from your team?

Yes. Every box can include a printed card or letter from your team, with each recipient’s name if you send us a list.

Languages and delivery

Which languages are the rules in?

The rules are in English, and other languages are available on request. Imaginarium itself is played with picture cards, so people with different first languages can play together.

Where do you deliver?

Across the EU, as well as to the UK, Switzerland and the US.

Can you ship to several addresses?

Yes. Send us the list of offices or recipients and we’ll quote delivery.

Payment

Who will invoice us?

Roast and Toast Games OÜ, the Estonian company through which we sell in the EU. Invoices are in euros.

What are the payment terms?

50% when you order, 50% before shipping.

Safety and materials

Are the games safe for children?

Yes. Our games are made to EU toy safety standards (EN 71, CE marking), and we can send the test reports for your edition.

What materials do you use?

Board and paper from certified sources and as little plastic as possible. Ask us for the specification of your edition.

Distributors

Do you work with promotional product distributors?

Yes. Our page for distributors covers trade prices, white label and sample kits.
