Imaginarium for teams
A picture-card game that gets people talking in minutes, with a facilitator’s guide for retrospectives, onboarding and team sessions.
Now in pilot: we’re shipping the first kits to a small group of teams.

Four ways teams use it
Retrospectives
Everyone picks a card that shows how the sprint felt, then explains why. It gives quieter people an easy way to speak up.
Onboarding
New joiners each pick a card that shows what they expect. The team guesses what each card means, then shares its own expectations.
Strategy sessions
Cards become metaphors for where the company is heading and what stands in the way.
Team evenings
A game of the original Imaginarium takes 30 minutes or more. The cards are pictures, so international teams can play together.
